5. Ordering and Payment

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or cash on delivery (if available).
• Eatsdelivery reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or technical issues.
6. Delivery Terms
• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
• Users must be available to receive the order at the specified location.
• Failed deliveries due to user absence may incur additional charges.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within a limited time window.
• Refunds are processed based on restaurant and delivery status.
• Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Restaurant and Menu Information
• Eatsdelivery is not liable for inaccuracies in menu descriptions or pricing.
• All food-related concerns should be directed to the restaurant.
9. User Conduct
• Users must not misuse the app or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Abusive behavior toward delivery personnel or support staff will result in account suspension.
10. Intellectual Property
• All content, branding, and technology used in the app are owned by Eatsdelivery.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
• Eatsdelivery is not liable for delays, food quality issues, or third-party service failures.
• Maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
